McGILL, Justice. This was a suit to recover the reasonable market value of a Trailmobile trailer, such value alleged to be $5,000. The trailer was owned by appellant and in possession of appellee when it was destroyed by fire. Trial was to a jury, and at the close of plaintiff's evidence the court instructed the jury to return a verdict for defendant, and upon such verdict entered judgment accordingly.
